Destin Reporting & Technology Group specializes in large volume and document intensive litigation by utilizing a case management concept. We can make you and your staff’s job easier, more efficient all the while saving you time and your client money.

Communication: We can coordinate/disseminate communication among and between parties; coordinate the scheduling and location for depositions/statements of witnesses in and out-of-town; coordinate teleconferencing needs; maintain an email database for all counsel and designated staff.

Depositions: Full service conference facilities are available in Destin, Tampa and Orlando accommodating small and large groups all with teleconferencing capabilities. We also travel out of town to provide consistent, quality reporting. By scheduling all depositions through one firm in a given case, we can best manage your deposition schedule. We keep track of all depositions and hearings scheduled, re-scheduled, cancelled or taken in the case. Your staff only need to send one email or phone call thus ensuring continuity and convenience.

Transcripts: All transcripts are managed through E-Transcript. Transcripts are emailed immediately upon completion. This program includes a word index and can be imported and printed in a number of formats from condensed to full-sized. All transcripts are maintained in a case folder and incorporated into RealLegal® Publisher Bundles with hyperlinked exhibits and burned on a CD/DVD.

Exhibits: Managing exhibits, whether it’s a letter, a project manual, photographs or oversized plans; all exhibits are electronically scanned and linked to the transcript in Publisher Bundles. Word indexes are prepared on multi-page exhibits for search capabilities. Hard copy original exhibits are bound, tabbed, indexed and maintained by us. For your convenience, we will bring the original exhibits to each deposition session.

Destin Reporting & Technology Group keeps track of all exhibits by providing pre-printed exhibit labels, sequentially numbered throughout the litigation. At the completion of each round, or session, a Master Index is created identifying the exhibit number, description and location cross-referenced by witness and volume number of the original bound exhibit. Your staff will appreciate the efficiency of maintaining exhibits and transcripts in one location.

CD/DVDs produced in Real Legal® Publisher can be imported into a number of litigation support programs; e.g., Binder®, Summation®, Livenote®, to name a few.
